There’s nothing whimsical or cute about a witch, a ghost, or a goblin. Imagine how you’d feel if your pre-salvation sins were glorified, merchandised, and sold as home décor for an entire month every year.
Before God saved me, I was what 2 Corinthians 11:15 describes: a servant of darkness disguised as light. The devil trafficked me to spread his lies, and I didn’t even realize it until God opened my eyes through His Word.
Satan blinds the minds of unbelievers and uses them to promote destruction while convincing them they’re helping or healing others.
When you see someone who’s deeply involved in the occult, you’re looking at someone in dark, lonely spiritual bondage.
The devil cruelly uses people as spiritual merchandise, trafficking souls to advance his deception. They need prayer and the Gospel, not applause or participation in their darkness.
“Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them” (Ephesians 5:11).
God’s command is clear that we’re not called to blend with the darkness but to expose it with the light of Christ.
